Thanks for the contribution, Andy. Please do these things in order to proper
ly track the intellectual property contribution. This needs to be done befor
e I can put the code into the Apache JDO repository.
1) Add the license header to each file as described here :

In particular, remove any (C) Copyright notices from the code, or any of you
r own license headers or statements of ownership that may be in each file.
