Runaway, I happened to notice that a request for your usage stats comes back
 instead with your config. I.e.:

http://www.noreply.org/echolot/thesaurus/166.stats
is the same as
http://www.noreply.org/echolot/thesaurus/166.conf

P.S. That's a nice touch with the 'News' entry in your config about the h
ashcash.
