someone told me that the Deterministic Network Enhancer might break VPN comm
unications?

Because I'm experiencing some problems with the cisco VPNclient (latest vers
ion) is there anyone aware of that and who
can address me in the right direction?

Where should I find out DNE on Windows PC? In the network adapter configurat
ion? I can not see anything.
Is DNE related just to specific version of Windows Operating System?
