To transfer direct to voicemail dial Transfer * plus number then
Transfer.

 

This has worked in 4.1(3)sr3c but in sr4d the Unity Call Viewer shows
the * coming into Unity, as if the CCM Voice Mail Box Mask is no longer
stripping the * ??
