I'm not sure where the problem actually is:

I have a new laptop with XP(HE). This is a 32 bit machine.
I have a new desktop with XP(MCE). This is a 64 bit machine.

I like to do the MyWay jigsaw puzzle each morning. The first time I
went to the puzzle on each machine I got a message that I had to
install this plug-in.

On the 32 bit machine the plug-in installed with no problem and all is
hunky dory :-)

On the 64 bit machine the plug-in failed. I was given the option to
try for a manual install, which I took. I downloaded the plug-in file
and executed it. I got a message that the plug-in was successfully
installed. But it doesn't work right! It will load the puzzle, but
most of the options, altho they are listed on the page, don't work:
If I click "show edge pieces only", for instance, it will only show
the edge pieces, but the internal pieces can not be retrieved. It's
not much of a puzzle when it contains only edge piece. :-(

I'm guessing that the problem lies between FF 2.0.0.1 and the 64 bit
machine.

All works as it should with IE 7.

Is this something I can fix? I have gotten so used to FF that I don't
know how use IE very well.

Thanks

can you provide and exact link to the problem site so someone can go
and check it out. What error messages do you get? What exactly does
the plugin question say?

The site is <<http://today.myway.com/>>. Scroll down to "Universal
Jigsaw" and click to load it.

The first time I tried with Foxfire I got the standard prompt to
install a required plug-in. You then click to accept the conditions
and the plug-in app starts, but it fails to install.

It then offers you a chance to "install manually". This generates a
report to the effect that the installation was successfully. The
puzzle will then load as it should.

But few of the options provided by the puzzle work, or work in only
one direction and then get stuck.

All this only in FF and only on the 64 bit machine. In Internet
Explorer everything works smoothly, as it also does with FF on the 32
bit machine.

maybe flash doesn't work on 64bit machines. You should ask in the
adobe newsgroup: http://www.adobe.com/support/forums/

or try the macromedia newsgroups: news://forums.macromedia.com

otherwise, are you trying to install Shockwave Flash Player or the
Shockwave Player? It should be Flash:
