Communicator indicates I don't have a sound card installed under Vista,
however I had no issues on same laptop with XP, and my MP3 collection
sounds just as good in Vista as it did in XP -jason

Anyone running Communicator with Vista ?

Hi,

Did you get IP Communicator installed on Vista?

I get the error message: "The cisco IP Communicator requires Windows 2000 SP
3 or greater and Windows XP SP1 or greater. The setup will now abort."

I tried on beta2, RC1 and RTM version of Vista with no success.

Starting CIPC from a copied install directory from XP keeps crashing after s
tarting.

What actually works is a copied install directory of Personal Communicator.
No real solution since you need Presence Server and CCM5...

regards,

Alfred Thyri.
