Hi,

I try to run an order through a pipeline where the ShippingMethodRouter
component exist. However this component generates the following error:

Component Execution failed for component[0x0]  hr:
0x80004005\r\nProgID: Commerce.ShippingMethodRouter.1\r\nCould not find
the Shipping rate for limit (0.000000). Make sure a rate corresponding
to this limit is defined for shipping method

I have rates for the default language but the above error seems to for
japaneese or something. Can someone tell me how to get CS not to look
for the shipping method above?
