Is anyone doing a SIP trunk to Vonnage with Callmanager 5.X or
Callmanager Express?
 
These guys say it works http://www.vonage-business-plus.com/
 
I'm looking for some configuration examples (configlets).  
 
 
We're using cisco Meetingplace Express, so we need more voice capacity
for Voice Conferencing.  A SIP trunk would be nice from Vonnage because
you'd only be paying for the number of minutes used, not number of
simultaneous calls.
