Hmmmmmm!  You didn't explain what Java and Javascripts actually are and
what they do.  This might be helpful.

As for your other suggestions.  I only know about tripod and geocities
for building free online website.  I do not remember if tripod requires
Java and Java scipts ... but I bet they all may since it appears that
this is how one builds a site online.  Even loading up files for a
website would require access which would mean that these features are
working.

If anyone knows a free site where websites can be built without Java and
Java script, this would be helpful!  It would also be helpful to know
what each does (i.e Java, and JavaScript).  Also, anyone have an educated
guess whether such sites would actually obtain my Ip address if I went
ahead and built a site at say geaocities?

Everyone said my problems would go away with Tor.  Though, my access to
email etc. and anonymity, I am sure is much better and anonymous.  But,
once again, I seem limited.  Anyone with information which is helpful
would be greatly appreciated, as always!
