This depends on the electrical interface provided by the telco. The new
circuits are coming in with G.703 signaling. This means the framing will be
UNFRAMED.
Your config would look like
Controller E1 0/0/0
Channel-group 0 unframed
Vice the default CRC4
Geo

don't know what's used in the UK but in Switzerland we use
framing: CRC4
linecode: HDB3
(should be the default on E1 VICs)
isdn switch-type primary-net5
