I need to bring up a third exchange mail store. Do I just rerun
permissions wizard or is there any thing else I need to do?

Does Permissions Wizard require a reboot? It's been so long.

Running permission Wizard does not require reboot. When you run the
Permission Wizard at the end of the process it will let you know that is
going to stop the service and restore automatically when it is done. It
is pretty straight forward when you the passwords available.

I do not have the answer when you are adding a new exchange mail store.
I just know when you are replacing the existing one for other one you
just need to run permission wizard.
