Hi All,

For the past week or so I've had a problem on an Win2k SP4/Exchange 2000 SP3
box with all hotfixes applied.  I think I've isolated the thread causing the
problem, which is 99% CPU utilization, at that point email stops working.
The inetinfo process itself will give up CPU time to other processes, but go
right back to 99% when the other processes are done.  The thread in question
is as follows:
