Using the build in mail server in Windows Server 2003 Std., how to I create
new mail accounts via a server side web page?

I'd like my users to be able to log into a web interface, and
create/edit/delete their pop3 mail accounts.

The build in web interface is only accessible to server administrators. Can
I add the specific rights of handling pop3 mail accounts to IUSR or
something like that?

Please, any suggestions on how to solve this are most welcome. Thanks in
advance.
