Whenever the Biztalk server is restartet I get the follwing error:
-----------------------------
Failed to contact the SSO database: An error has occurred while establishing
a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure
may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does
not allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 -
Error Locating Server/Instance Specified)
Data Source=DKCPHSQL11BCS\DB02;Integrated Security=SSPI;Initial
Catalog=testSSODB
Error code: 0x800710D9, Unable to read from or write to the database
--------------------------
When I then afterwards try to start the Biztalk/SSO service, it starts
without any problems, and functions just fine. So the problem is only when
restarting the Biztalk server.

The biztalk server is using a Sql Server 2005 Database cluster for both the
Biztalk and SSO databases and Domain user and groups. It is running on
64-bit and Windows 2003.
Any surgestions on getting rid of this error is very welcome.
