Well, it should have worked, I can only suggest that you have been doing
something wrong, but I can't say what it is. You could try telling us,
step by step, how you have been trying to reconfigure the firewall.
Failing that, bring out the sledgehammer. Uninstall the firewall, and
reinstall it.That should certainly reset it.
