I have interest on Perlbal at a first time.

I had experience on programming web applications on
apache+mod_perl+CGI. Now I want to use web server on pure PERL like
Perlbal.

Is it possible to use PERL module CGI within Perlbal in plugins?

Where were docs about making plugins for Perlbal?
