I've been running JBN since its inception.  I remember RProcess
having  CSPOP32.OCX licensing issues back in the 1.3X version.

Anyway, I started JBN the other day and got an error message that
CSPOP32.OCX was missing..

I just reinstalled JBN and copied my JBNConfig.Dat and JBNConf.Dat
folders to the new install (along with some customized books) and
all was good.
