from the unity homepage:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer...2237/index.html

I see:

New Message Monitor: Listen to and pick up calls while a message is being re
corded

Can anyone tell me what version supports this and if they've used it success
fully?

Thanks, Lelio

It seems it doesn't work with Call Manager clusters (yet). So much for
playing around with it....

I'm on Unity 4.2 and CM 4.1.3 and testing it out among the IT department.
It works pretty well especially if you use it with the iDivert. If I see a
possible sales call, I iDivert them and listen to hear who is leaving a
voicemail.

It doesn't seem scalable to me though. You have to add all the associated de
vices to the user assigned.

We have over 3500 devices I would want to deploy this on.

Have I got something wrong?

Not sure what "they" mean by NON-clustered CM. Running it on a 4.2(3)
Cluster of 4 right now. Pretty cool but not ready for production.
