Hi,

I can't access my CCM 5.1(1) publisher via HTTP. We have RTMT running all th
e time, and we have had an error saying this:

type Exception report
message
description The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it fr
om fulfilling this request.
exception
javax.servlet.ServletException
org.apache.catalina.security.SecurityUtil.execute(SecurityUtil.java:286)
org.apache.catalina.security.SecurityUtil.doAsPrivilege(SecurityUtil.java:15
7)

root cause
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError

note The full stack trace of the root cause is available in the Apache Tomca
t/5.0.28 logs.

Then we have restarted the RTMT service from the CCM administration and sinc
e that moment we can't access the CCM anymore. I ca access via SSH and all s
eems working except the HTTP stuff related (corporate directory for example)
.

What can I do to troubleshoot this? I can't found much info about this in CC
M5.1(1) despite I have good knowledge in version 4.x

Thanks,

Ruben
