Hi Everyone,

 

We have 7961 phones with 6 shared lines.  These lines are used just to
see if someone is on their phone.  Is there any way to get just the
missed calls for the primary line not all the lines?  We are having
problems figuring out who has missed a call from whomJ.  Thanks so much
for any help with this.

It's all or nothing. For nothing you have to edit the Dictionary.xml,
it's unsupported, any updates will replace the file.  Contact CiscoTAC
as I've lost the how-to.
