Is it possible to enable security again after disabling it?
I know only of the enable-security with DB or LDAP  but what about the defau
lt portal security?

I think the "default portal security" is security enabled with a
database as user repository. So you should be able to re-enable security
like described in the InfoCenter chapter "Database user registry":
