Hi Craig,

I see the errors when running the tests from the parent directory. I think t
his is a different issue and has nothing to do with the proposed patch. The 
test case JDOHelperConfigTest expects files in a certain directory structure
 which is only available wh
en called from the api20 directory.

I propose we check in the patch, close this issue (JDO-477) as fixed and ope
n a new issue to improve the JDOHelperConfigTest.
