Bingo! The poster nailed it dead on. Goofy McDipstick couldn't figure
it out so he's trying to "cobble together" a bunch of useless, broken
Python script.

It's funny anyway.
Think about it.... Python is unquestionably of the easiest programming
languages in the world to learn, but it's still nowhere **near** as
easy as following simple instructions and editing a few lines in a .cfg
file. The addle minded clown can't figure out the easier of the two, so
takes a run at the harder.
