set up a private Reliable/Mixmaster remailer.
have mixmaster use the stats your Reliable creates
use the following batch file
call it with: basheel 20 eelbash
it will create 20 10-chain dummy messages that will all terminate at eelbash
schedule 'basheel 20 eelbash' to run every 15-20 minutes for three days or s
o.

never use eelbash for real traffic.
