As I check till now, I found that if an user has editor role, only then user
 can see the options of (New page, Edit page layout, Edit page properties) i
n page pop-up menu. But with priviledge user roles it can see only(New page,
 Edit page layout). But as
i know a priviledge user can make their private page, But when i is going to
 make my page as priviledge user role, The option in "Type of Page" Section(
Edit Page Properties):-
"A page that uses content from a shared page" is nor coming. Which is presen
t if i create new page with editor role.
But then how can i set some default templates for priviledge user?

I want that user can create its own private page and it is possible only if 
that user has priviledge access role. But if user has priviledge role, user 
is  not able to use any default templates.

Can any one suggest please?

The idea of derived pages is that admin1 creates page1 as a "template"
of a page. For example, admin1 creates  page1 and puts the world clock
portlet on this page. Then admin2 creates page2 by using page1 as
"parent page" and admin2 adds an additonal weather portlet on his page.
Admin2 then provides his "template" page2 to be used for all other users
by assigning them "privileged user" permissions to page2. Now, if a user
logs in, he can see and modify page2. But if the user modifes page2,
then he creates his own private page2 which is only visible to him. This
page cannot serve as a new template, as you already found out. Only
users with edit permission are able to create templates for pages.

I want to add few more things so that you can understand my problem in a cle
ar way.
Priviledge user can make its own private page, But i want to know that there
 is a option in page properties at the time to create a new page i.e. "A pag
e that uses content from a shared page:"in TYPE OF PAGE Section, from where 
user can choose a template,
this option is present if a user has editor role at the time to create new p
age, It means user can set a template. But if user has priviledge role and i
t is going to create a new page then there is no option to choose template i
n Edit page properties "TY
PE OF PAGE" Section.

But as we know only priviledge user can make its private page, Are there any
 options/settings so that a priviledge user can also choose a template at th
e time to create a new page?
