Subject: [cisco-voip] New Interactive Voice Documents on Cisco.com

Hi Folks,

Last week we here at cisco published a new set of documents on cisco.com to
help with troubleshooting end-to-end Unified Communications systems. Check
out the main link here:

l <http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products...
807f54aa.shtml> )

Click on any component in the diagram to get links to configuration steps fo
r different aspects of the network. Our goal here was to provide configurat
ion examples and troubleshooting steps for most items involved in the Unifie
d Communication system.

If you have any feedback, please use the yellow feedback form on the left si
de of the document if it is directed to an individual document. A real pers
on does go through and read each and every one of the feedbacks submitted th
ere. If you have any add
itional thoughts about these documents or something we can do to improve the
m, please feel free to contact me directly. I hope this is helpful to you b
oth in maintaining and troubleshooting your production systems as well as st
udying for cisco certificat
ion courses.

Best Regards,
David McDaniel
