hi
i got ccm 4.1.3
and created RouteList and route groups for outgoing calls.

RouteList A    includes   route group PRI and route group Analog
the gateway which includes these pri and analog ports has mgcp connection wi
th CCM

the problem is now i added new h323 gateway for my outgoing calls. This call
s will be made from voip ISP backbone
and i wanna add this new gateway top of the list of RouteList A
but when i try to add new route group for this new h323 gateway , i see in t
he available devices list  only the registered gateway (the one already has 
pri and analog ports)
the new gateway(h323 ) is not in the available devices list
and i cant create route group for this new gateway
and ofocurse no route group and i cant put the new gateway top of the RouteL
Ist A

any idea

Hi,

do you have the H323 Gateway in any Route Pattern? only if a gateway is
not used by any route pattern, you can add it to a Route Group.
