Users get the following error when logging into to CCMUSER:

Access to the requested resource has been denied.
You must restart your web browser in order to log in again.

Restarting the web browser has zero effect. They are LDAP integrated... any
ideas? cisco forum had nothing whatsoever...

OK, figured it out...

All end users need to be assigned to the "Standard CCM End Users" User
group...

Also make sure you log out of CCMAdmin if you are going to switch
back and forth between it and CCMUser.
