I am looking for a cisco document on CallManager / Active Directory
integration for a customer. The are considering it, but would like a
general document explaining the benefits of AD integration.

Thanks

Single username / password across all applications.

Really it's the only benefit.

Also note that starting with 5.x, there is no more integration, just
synchronization. So all those AD schema extensions will be for not.
