So, I am reading the install guide and I see this:

Caution: If the cisco Unity server is running Windows Server 2003, you must
install the update associated with Microsoft Knowledge Base article 824330,
or cisco Unity will not function properly.

I checked the service packs CD, the English Updates for Win2003, the post
install... you can't download it from microsoft without opening a support
case ($350)... how do you get this update???

You can do it with out the $350.  get to a live body and ask for the
download for the KB.

 

Also.... CCO doesn't have it?

Yep, I just checked the file versions from the KB article... it was fixed in
SP1.... disregard
