Hello,
I configured QRT and can turn it on on the phone. But when I open the =
QRT Viewer and click "Get Log" I get an error message
QRT Folder does not exist !
Check if the CEF Service is Activated and Running.
The folder C:\Program Files\Cisco\QRT exists and contains some XML-files.
Any idea?
