Anyone ever configured a CME system to no use a access code to make PSTN
calls? If so can you provide an overview of what you did?

I believe it can be done, but have never tested. My guess is you just need
to setup the correct dial-peers.

Yes, I set this up at home in the past.  (My wife gave me trouble about
having to dial "9" to get out of the house)

 

It is really no different than using access codes.  The only catch is
with your extension numbers overlapping with outdialing ranges., which
just requires additional dial peers.
