Running an i-mate jasjam, just updated to the latest release. Running
xp-service pack 2 active sync v4.5, firewall disabled. connection via a usb

cable.  I get a usb device not recognised error. I have reinstalled etc.
Tried a a differenct pc. Cant seem to fix. I-mate support are clueless. Any
advice ?
