i though this feature worked by default... but can anyone enlighten me if
there are any tricks to enabling the display of caller id name on a PRI for
Callmanager Express? We just had this feature enabled and I have verified
that the provider is sending name with a q931 debug, but the internal phones
still show only number. Here is a section of the debug from the start of the
incoming call to connection. The call is coming from 770-864-7777 with
caller id name of Nick Marus. Everything looks right as far as i can tell??
