Apologies in advance, I am a real novice with Apache and it's tools
and am finding support hard to find in a Windows environment.

I am attempting to set up a Reverse Proxy with Apache on a Win 2K box.
A required component for this proxy is mod_proxy_html. There are no
two ways around it, the HTML must be parsed otherwise I cannot server
pages using the reverse proxy and will have to find another mechanism.
Anyway, apxs is often muted on other sites as the tool for compiling
the mod_proxy_html.c file.
However my Windows installation of Apache does not contain this file.
Is it a binary file that is available to unix/linux only or am I
missing something?

Anyone got any instructions for compiling under windows?
