We've been having a problem where the Attendant Console fails to bring up
Call Control. It will work for a few days, sometimes a few weeks, and then
fail again. At least part of the problem is that the associations to theac
user are disappearing.

But even with that, after re-associating the phones with ac, call control
still fails to come up. The ac account is not getting locked out. To be
sure, the password has been reset using the acconfig.bat tool. To be double

sure, the ac account password has also been set directly in AD. The CTI
service has been restarted as well.

Does anyone know of any bugs with CCM 4.1.3 and attendant console with AD
integration that would be causing this? Better yet, anyone know a permanent

fix? This is happening so often and leaves the clients down for so long
that we're now being forced to look at alternative solutions.

I would be extremely grateful for any assistance with this matter.

Bryan
