In my experience some of the adapters (example Oracle adapter) doesn't
create Receive/Send handler after installation.
You need to manually create it via the BizTalk Administration console.
Just check, whether you have associated handlers for the adapters, Open
BizTalk admin sole, expand Platform setting and SAP adapter.
