We are unable to SDO template changes to our production server because
the files are "checked out". So we are going to have to check these
files in on our Dev machines and upload the MCMS database back to PRD
so that production has a clean set of "checked in" templates.

The problem is, we have template files that were checked out on dev
machines that no longer exist and developers who are no longer with
the company. Hence we have no way of checking these files in!

I believe this has been addressed before, and I believe there is an
"unsupported solution" that I need details on. Any help is much
appeciated...
