I have Front Page 2003 installed on an XP Pro system that
is networked to MS 2000 Server. We also have MS 2000
Server box that host our FTP and WEB site. I have tried
installing the FP Server Extensions but not sure that
this file is all that I need to run WEB pages/site
created in FP 2003;

I downloaded and installed the file: "FPSE02_86_ENG.EXE".
Said it installed properly yet came up with the
message:"server extensions were unable to access the
file" service.lck". I went to the file, opened
properties, then went and gave permission to everyone. Is
that right?
I just want that I am creating in FP 2003 to work propely
as I have pages that are "fill in" forms.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Dan,

Try renaming the Service.lck file in the _vti_pvt folder of the web site.

Hope this helps
