Lots of information for HIPAA 3.0 is located at:

Not sure of the comparisons of it to the full blown EDI adapter from Covast
however. The HIPAA accelerator newsgroup should still be:

microsoft.public.biztalk.accelerator.hipaa

Thanks Jack.  The HIPAA documentation you pointed me to is pretty much for 2
.0, which I am familiar with.  Regarding the newsgroup, that was wierd.  Whe
n I opened the tree view for BizTalk yesterday morning, the HIPAA group was 
not there.  There was a gro
up I've never seen before called XSharp.  It is no longer there.
