Hi there,

I have a BE10d-installation on a W2kSP4-box with agents for windows
and linuxservers as well as the AOFO and IDR. We just acquired a
Tandberg StorageLoader LTO3 and I want to backup all the servers I
have (Windows2000Servers, SuSE Linux with ReiserFS) on partitions of
this Tandberg.

I installed RALUS- and RANT32-agents on the servers I want to backup
and created a huge selection list.

The first fullbackup did go very well and ended up with a size around
1TB. Unfortunately the incremental backups, selected to work with
changed timestamp as reiserFS doesn=B4t support archivebits, created me
a backup of ALL the files on my linux boxes. Just like it was a full
backup. Is there any hint I have read over in the manual? I read it
again and didn=B4t find anything...

So I decided to make "daily" backups. This seems to work, but now a
question arose when I took a look at my second "Daily"-backup today:

"Daily"-backups only save TODAY'S DATE. If it takes ~ 9h for a job to
end, and if it gets started at 21:00 on May 3rd, will TODAY'S DATE be
May 3rd even at 00:01 on May 4th if the job is still running?

Thanks in advance!
Dennis
