my 3845 was just dropped off.

what IOS are people recommending for this thing? primarily used as a voice g
ateway (2 T1/PRIs using MGCP) and for SRST. I don't think I will be doing mu
ch transcoding, (other than from PSTN to voip) or conferencing.

Personally I like to start with the newest mainline code. But I don't
know if the 3845 has a mainline code yet.

I guess the newest T train.

Scott

Well, considering we've got 7911s we need SRST for, looks like it's 12.4(9)T
 or better for me!

Talk about bleeding edge...at least it looks like 12.4(11)T2 is LD and not E
D.

Thanks for all your suggestions.

I am running 12.4.12a on a 3845 that currently support about 100 7911
telephones. Tested SRST Thursday night - it took about 6 minutes for the
phones to register, no problems.
