My printers folder is missing after re-installing IIS.  How do I fix this - 
I need it to connect a laptop to home printer!

Are you talking about IPP? Or the Printers folder off your Start menu?

IIS should have no affect on your printers folder off the Start menu. Do you
have any Group or Local policies in effect that might by restricting your
access to the Printers folder? You may also wish to take this up on a
general Windows group that pertains to your operating system (eg Windows
2000, Windows XP etc)
