I'm sorry I didn't supply more information, but I wasn't at home at the
time, but I was a little impatient to hopefully get some clues. As it
turned out, I did.

I ran the command line you specified, and it worked fine. I don't know
what I did previously, but I must have made a typo in copying the
command from a browser on my Windows machine. I may have added a space
before one or more of the hyphens, thinking it was a parameter. This
time, I was able to save your message to my home directory, and get to
it all on one machine.

So, I entered the command, and went through all the prompts, and it
didn't work. Then, I changed the line that Sabine mentioned from true
to false for "UseFBDev", and it worked with the new card.

Hopefully, this will solve my problems with the resolution, too. I'll
let you all know.

I'm sure I'll have more questions, and I'll try to be more patient and
give better details next time.

Thanks to all of you.
