I've got 2 questions about MS-DOS bat files commands:
1- How I can do to avoid that the 'DOS prompt window' pops up when I startin
g a BAT file?
2- How I can do to make the commands in the 'bat file' to doesn't wait that 
the command in the line before is finished.
