Is there any way to supress the Incoming Calling Line ID on shared
lines?  I am anticipating staff concerns about privacy.

Supressing Incoming CLID on Shared PhonesYou could create a translation for 
that extension that masks the calling number.

To ensure that the order of operations is maintained, you would probably wan
t to put all shared lines in a seperate partition and the translation for th
at shared line in the main partition.

For example

regular_ext_pt contains all regular extensions and the translations to share
d lines.
sharedline_pt contains all the shared lines

regular_css contains regular_ext_pt and is assigned to all phones and inboun
d trunks
sharedline_css contains sharedline_pt and is assigned to the translation so 
that it can reach shared lines.
