A supplimental question to my original post.

When i create pages on Portal, how can i change the protocol of the link to 
HTTPS?

If i create 4 pages for example - Welcome, Register, Feedback, Contact Us. I
 want the Register link to be HTTPS and the rest HTTP. Can we achieve this b
y setting some property in Portal?
