Hi,

I read in an earlier email the mention of dropping root privileges for
Perlbal. What's the status on this? I would really enjoy using
perlbal, but running a web server as root is just devastating.
Also, I would love to contribute, but I just don't have the PERL clue,
and I know I'll mess it up.
