Some web sites add programs to my computer that are
totally unauthorized.  I don't even know they are added
until way later sometimes.  Even though I check
the "Enable File Downloads" in my Internet Security
Options. That only keeps me from downloading.

How do I allow only cookies and temp stuff from getting
onto my computer?
