How do I activate message monitoring and tracking in BTS2004. How is
this feature with comparison to BTS2002

Use Health and Activity Tracking UI. It is available if you install the
Admin Tools feature of the product. There is some default tracking. The
message flow is recorderded among pipelines and orchestrations, as well as
message metadata information. You can cutomize it further; please refer to
the docs for more details. HTH

Look at the configuration menu in HAT to tailor some tracking.  Also look at
your send and receive ports as you can enable full message tracking on them.
